The Portsmouth Area Jaycees celebrated a milestone on Saturday celebrating the club’s 70th birthday. A luncheon was held as a part of the celebration. Blake Fraley, international vice president, Richard Stapleton, sergeant of arms, and Curtis Dupuy look over a proclamation given to the club by Portsmouth Mayor Jim Kalb proclaiming Feb. 28 as Portsmouth Area Jaycees Day in the city of Portsmouth.
