Clay took Monday’s SOC I match at the Elks Country Club with a team total of 180 and are now 16 strokes ahead in league play heading to the waning parts of the regular season.
Ty Hiles’ round of 39 was the low score of the day as he helped Notre Dame to a fourth-place finish with a team total of 202. Zach Jackson paced the Panthers with a 41.
Western was the runner-up on the day with a team score of 194. A 48 was each shot by Chandler Grooms and Dustin Humphrey for the Indians.
Eastern was third with a 201. The Eagles were led by Chad Lands’ 47.
The SOC I will have another preview today at Big Beaver.

SOC II Preview at Little Scioto
Mitchell McFarland fired off a round of 35 Monday to help Wheelersburg win Monday’s SOC II Preview with a team score of 165.
Daniel Heffner’s 42 led Waverly to a runner-up finish with a score of 180. Northwest shot a team score of 194 and was led by Cameron Pope’s 46.
West finished with a 196 and Todd Galloway’s 44 paced the Senators. A round of 45 by Darby High helped Valley to a 202.
Minford finished with a 213 as Matt Parker carded a 43. The teams return today to Little Scioto for the third of four SOC II matches.
