Zach Jackson’s round of 42 earned him medalist honors at Wednesday’s SOC I Preview at Shawnee Golf Course and helped the Panthers win the match.
Clay’s 184 was seven strokes clear of second place Western, who was led by Dustin Humphrey’s 45. Eastern’s Chad Lands also shot a 45 as the Eagles finished with a 198 while Ty Hiles’ 44 helped Notre Dame to a 231 team score.
The Panthers travel today to Manchester.

Portsmouth finished fifth in Wednesday’s SEOAL match at Belpre’s Oxbow Golf Course with a team score of 180.
Warren won the match with a 158. Logan’s Tristan Myers and Logan Holbrook each shot 37 to take home co-medalist honors.
