With a 76-48 victory at home on Friday night in their season finale, the Oaks claimed the outright SOC II championship — its first in a long time.
"It was good to win the league," Oak Hill coach Norm Persin said. "It’s the first time in 17 years Oak Hill has won a conference championship."
Jesse Slone led the Oaks with 17 points, Ryan Borden added 15 points and J.D. Hale scored 14 points.
Oak Hill has some time off before facing the winner of the South Gallia and Ironton St. Joe to start its tournament run.
Alfie Bricker scored 18 points to lead West.

"The kids came out and played hard," Northwest coach Rick Scarberry said. "We've been playing hard but just lost a lot of close ball games... It was nice for the kids to get a win."
Matt Malone led South Webster with 14 points.

Clay pushed its game with Western into overtime Friday night, but it was Western that claimed the win.
Western seniors Vince Shanks and Bobbie Smithson led the scoring with 22 points each and senior Chris Penwell contributed two three-pointers. Smithson also had 15 rebounds. Shanks had 13 rebounds.
"We were down nine at the half, and we were down 10 either at the half or late third or early fourth, and we scrapped back with eight seconds left to go in overtime," Clay coach Jack Trainer said. "We just could not finish it. They got three seniors, Penwell, Smithson and Shanks, and they came up big when they had to. They made plays and we didn't."
Cody Bussler brought 19 points to Clay with four three-pointers, followed by Chaz Lawson with 17 points and T.J. Mershon with 10.
"It was a hard-fought game. It showed us some things we definitely need to work on to prepare ourselves for the tournament," Western coach Trent Harrop said.
Western senior Drew Wolford was injured during the game when he ran into a handrail on the bleachers. Harrop said Wolford was taken to the hospital, and said Wolford was in his prayers.
Clay hosts East today to finish the season. Western will play the winner of Clay and Paint Valley in the tournament on Feb. 24.

Waverly's Harrison Martin was the top scorer in its game against Wheelersburg Friday night, but the Pirates finished ahead by five-points for the win.
Martin scored a total of 27 points, more than tripling Waverly's second highest scorer Derek Roback, who contributed eight points.
"I thought the first half we played really well. To Waverly's credit, in the third-quarter they really came out and really responded. Harrison Martin was a force. He had 21 of his 27 (points) in the second-half," Wheelersburg coach Tom Barrick said. "We responded to their challenge in the fourth-quarter. For a young team, I thought we did a pretty good job."
Wheelersburg's Andy Stegman led the Pirates with 23 points. Tyler Craigmiles added two 3s.
"Wheelersburg did a good job tonight of taking all the things away that we wanted to do," Waverly coach Travis Robertson said. "We had a huge let down in the second quarter and that was able to let them take the game in hand. We made a push at them in the second-half, but they were able to withstand it and come out in the end."
Wheelersburg starts tournament play Tuesday at Jackson against Rock Hill.

Daniel Hudson pulled off a quadruple-double to help deliver Harvest Christian a win against Wabaco at Harvest Christian Friday night.
Hudson contributed 16 points with 14 rebounds, 10 assists, and 10 steals. Kyle Call also gave Harvest Christian 25 points, including seven three-pointers, while teammates Bo Sparks and Jonathan Caines added 19 and 10 points, respectively.
Sparks also delivered 14 rebounds to bring Harvest Christian's record to 25-8 after its final home game of the season.
"We have Kyle Call, Bo Sparks and (Daniel) Hudson who were seniors and played tonight. All three of them really played a tremendous game, as shown by their stats. They played tremendously their whole basketball career, all three of them, and it was a good note to end tonight," Harvest Christian coach Jesse Logan said.

The Vikings scored 16 points in the overtime session, to push past the Tartans and secure the road victory.
"Symmes Valley worked harder than we did and they deserved to win tonight," East head coach Travis Bradford said.
Jon Garrett led East with 18 points. Nathan Hood scored 13 with eight rebounds, while Chase Mault scored 15 with seven rebounds.
The Tartans will be in action today when they travel to Clay. East will travel to Ironton St. Joe next Thursday.
