Quick work by a Greenup County, Ky., deputy has resulted in the arrest of a New Jersey man on burglary charges.
According to the Greenup County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Jason Bryant responded to a burglary in progress call Monday in South Shore. Bryant answered the call and found a subject inside the residence. According to the official report, a neighbor had seen the subject, identified as Bruce Yantis, 42, of Key Port, New Jersey, enter the home and begin removing items.
Bryant took the subject from the residence and placed him in custody. Yantis is being held at the Greenup County Detention Center on burglary charges.
