Regarding the new music hall noise complaints — come on! The bars down there are a place to relax and have been for years. Sounds like somebody is out to get the owners, and god forbid Portsmouth has some attreactions, ya know, for people coming into our town. It’s a shame what some people want to complain about. I am all for the music; maybe they will bring in Hank III.

Industry is your Governments' to do, not someone trying to increase entertainment and an age old building that is a part of the Heritage of Ptown.
Now, what you going to do with all your new found wisdom by this your statement:
