The Southern Ohio Conference released the list for the 2012 all conference members in girls track.
On the list are seven athletes who were First Team in their division and participated in this year’s state track and field meet. Only Wheelersburg senior Sadie Ruby made it to the podium as she finished fourth in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 46.73 seconds.
Joining her in Columbus were her 800-meter relay teammates Cassidy Rase, Erica Schmidt and Paige White, Minford’s Courtney Sexton and Valley sisters Carrie and McKenzie Coriell.
The Lady Indians won the SOC I while the Lady Pirates were champions of the SOC II. Valley’s Jason Fell and Waverly’s Tanya Murphy were named coaches of the year in their respective divisions.
