The first tournament of the Tri-State Junior Golf Tour was played Thursday at Riviera Country Club in Lasage, West Virginia.

Each flight was scored separately with a winner named for each.

Mitch McFarland was the overal winner with a score of one under par (69).

Of the two flights of the age group containing 10 through 12-year-olds, Andy Michael had the low score of 37 through the nine holes played.

Cam Roam had the lowest score the two 16 through 18-year-olds flights with a score of 75.

The tour continues June 14 at the Ironton Country Club. On June 22, the tour goes to Sugarwood Golf Club in Lavalette, W.Va., and on June 25 the tour gets local at the Elks. Shawnee State Park Golf Course hosts the tour July 5 before it travels to Bellefonte Country Club in Ashland on July 9. The tour then visits Twin Solos in Lavalette on July 17 and wraps up at Guyan Golf and Country Club on July 27.
