John “Johnboy” Eldridge, 43, of Sciotoville, died Sunday, May 27, 2012, at the SOMC Hospice Center. Born on November 8, 1968, in Jackson County, he was a construction worker. Preceding him in death was his mother, Patricia Young Eldridge. Surviving are his father, Gene Eldridge of Sciotoville; a brother, Chris Eldridge of Chillicothe and a sister, Tera Eldridge of Proctorville. There will be no service. Arrangements are under the direction of the BRANT FUNERAL SERVICE IN SCIOTOVILLE.
