With softball regional tournaments gearing up, the Ohio High School Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association released their final poll of the season and two local teams have made the top 10 in their respective divisions.

Valley’s Division III position in the final poll is fourth and in Division IV Notre Dame finished at seventh.

Valley’s Thursday opponent in the Div. III Regional Semifinal, Steubenville Central Catholic did not make the top 10.

Notre Dame’s opponent for Thursday’s Div. IV Softball Regional Semifinal, Danville, is ranked ninth in Div. IV.

Although West is absent from the final poll, their Wednesday opponent in the Div. III Regional Semifinal, Bloom-Carroll, is ranked second.
