Jen Arnzen’s walk-off hit in the seventh helped host and No. 4 Notre Dame defeat No. 5 Green 3-2 in a Division IV Southeast Sectional Final.

Arzen hit her second double of the game when she knocked in Brooke Pierron and Miranda Pauley to end the game. The Lady Titans play top-seeded Reedsville Eastern Tuesday at Minford.

Autumn Griffith struck out eight and hit her fourth home run of the season as host and top-seeded Clay defeated No. 8 Western 8-0 in a Division IV Southeast Sectional Final.

The home run was a three-run blast that was a part of a four-run second inning for the Lady Panthers. Marissa Messer and Mariah Tackett each had two hits in the win.

Clay travels up 139 Thursday for a Division IV Southeast District Semifinal game at Minford. The Lady Panthers will play No. 4 Crooksville, which defeated No. 5 Federal Hocking 9-1.

The Lady Eagles advance to Tuesday’s Division IV Southeast District Semifinal at Minford. Eastern will play the 4:30 p.m. Thursday against No. 4 Notre Dame, which defeated No. 5 Green 3-2.

The Lady Wildcats advance to Tuesday’s district semifinal at Minford High School. They will take on No. 10 Whiteoak, which defeated No. 2 East 4-0.

The Lady Rebels advance to Thursday’s district semifinal at Minford. They will play the 6 p.m. game against No. 3 Leesburg Fairfield, which defeated No. 6 South Webster 1-0 Saturday.
