Tracy and Ollie Conn of Wheelersburg and Craig and Cyndy Bell of Lucasville announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Whitney Renee Bell, to Evan Drew Yates. Evan is the son of Rusty and Robyn Yates of Lucasville.
Whitney is 2006 graduate of Valley High School, and 2010 graduate of Shawnee State University. The bride-elect is employed as a substitute teacher, and is seeking employment in Pickaway County in early childhood education. Evan is a 2004 Valley High School graduate, a 2008 Mount Vernon Nazarene graduate, and 2010 graduate of Marietta College. He is employed as a physician assistant at Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center in Circleville. Their wedding will take place July 14, 2012, at 5 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church in Portsmouth.
