Mr. and Mrs. Carl Rose of Lucasville and Ms. Kellie Rose of West Portsmouth announce the wedding of their daughter, Miss Meagan Renee Rose, to Mr. Timothy Alan Hattle II, son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Hattle of Beaver. A private wedding ceremony will be held for the nuptials on Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Dry Run Church of Christ in West Portsmouth. The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Northwest High School and is employed at Fifth Third Bank as a personal banker in Portsmouth. The groom-elect is a 2005 graduate of Eastern High School, and is employed at Kenworth in Chillicothe as an assembly specialist.
