Bond has been set at $1 million for a Scioto County man being described by law enforcement as one of the largest drug dealers in the area, and and agents say they have disrupted an Oxycodone network from Detroit to Scioto County with his arrest.

The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office has charged William R. Stuckey, 59, of 59 Tripp St., South Webster, with trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs (Oxycodone), both first-degree felonies, after confiscating 3,754 Oxycodone pills with a street value of $102,000, 39 firearms, $17,000 cash, vehicles, ATVs and stacks of other items.
