A day removed from being no-hit by Jackson, Portsmouth had five players record two hits.

Notre Dame defeated Piketon in a low-scoring affair Thursday 2-1.
Miranda Pauley had a solid, 4-hit complete game for the Lady Titans to earn the win while Katie Stevenson drove in Notre Dame’s two runs on a double in the fourth inning.
Madi Phillips went 2-for-3 while Sami Marting added a double.
Piketon’s lone run came off the bat of Adrien Dunn when she set one over the fence in the seventh inning.
Notre Dame will play today at Green while Piketon hosts a doubleheader against Vinton County.

Portsmouth impoved their record to 3-1 with a convincing 11-1 win over Chillicothe Southeastern Thursday evening.
Casey Simpson and Justice Swords each homered in support of Eric Seison who earned the win.
The Lady Trojans will play in the Huntington Invitational this Saturday.
