Sharon L. Keiser, 60, of Short Street, Waverly, Ohio died 2:30 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2012, at Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Aug. 5, 1951, in Chillicothe, Ohio the daughter of the late Clifford W. Downs and Louise Marie (Wolford) Downs Seymour. On May 21, 1971 Sharon was united in marriage to Gary A. Keiser who survives. Also surviving are one son, Jason Keiser and wife Leslie of Chillicothe, Ohio, one daughter Shanon Reuter and husband Jeff of Piketon, Ohio, five grandchildren, Payton, Avery, Nate, London and Leighton and mother-in-law Vera Keiser, Waverly, Ohio. In addition to her parents, two brothers, Jerry and Tommy Downs preceded Sharon in death. Sharon was a member of the Rockhaven Community Church in Lucasville, Ohio and was a homemaker and grandmother. Her favorite activity was spending time with her grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 23, 2012, at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio, with Revs. Jeff and Carl Dunn, Officiating.

Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery, Waverly, Ohio. Friends may call at the Boyer Funeral Home from 4 p.m until 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Friday.
