East fell to 3-16 Monday evening as they lost to Ironton St. Joseph 40-31 on the road.
Jesse Monroe led the Lady Tartans with six points while teammate Emily Howard had five.
East will travel to Green Thursday to finish their regular season and face Glenwood to open the Sectional Tournament Feb. 16.
