Jo Ann Payne, 79, of Willow Wood, died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at a local health care center. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the 10th Street Tabernacle Church. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery and visitation will be Sunday from 5-8 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
