The Portsmouth School District and Portsmouth Daily Times have collaborated on a new community project featuring student artwork and historic articles from the Daily Times. The pieces will be on display throughout February at the Boneyfiddle Arts Center. The theme for the work is “My How Times Have Changed.” Pictured are Portsmouth City School Superintendent Scott Dutey and Junior Portsmouth High School Student Joe Amburgey checking out some of the art.
