The Clay Local School District Board of Education met for its organizational meeting on Jan. 10. The board elected Bill Warnock as board president, and Donnie Caseman as board vice-president. The board also set the regular meeting date and time for the third Tuesday of each month, at 6 p.m.
The next regular board meeting is scheduled for Feb. 16, at 6 p.m. in the board room.
