The McKell Public Library in South Shore, Ky., would like to thank all the people who donated items or made cash contributions to the annual food drive.

This is the fourth year McKell has participated in donating food to the South Shore Ministerial Association Food Bank. This year, as in the past three years, McKell has waived fines for food on overdue items at the library and this year not only did we have food for fines but we had some community members who donated cases of canned goods (there were several cases) and some who donated money (one gave $50) plus many others; the cash was used to purchase food items for the local food bank.

We thank each and every one of you who make a donation; giving can make a different in your local community.
