LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A staggering pace and stifling defense helped No. 12 Louisville defeat Kentucky 75-59 on Sunday.
The tone was set early as the Lady Cardinals (9-1) increased their lead to as much as 17 points in the first half over the Wildcats (5-5).
Louisville led 33-21 at halftime.
