Green needs one more win to start its season on a winning streak. The Lady Cats (2-0) jumped out to a 12-4 start over Ironton St. Joe on Wednesday and never looked back, winning 55-29 at home.
Ashlee Runyon led Green with 15 points and seven assists. Abby Barrett scored 14 points, Adrianne Blankenship scored eight points with seven rebounds and Gidget Timberman had four steals.
Green's junior varsity also defeated Ironton St. Joe on Thursday.
The Lady Cats travel to East tonight.
