Donald Sherman Bradford, 60, of Portsmouth, died Sunday Nov. 16, 2008, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

He was born June 25, 1948, in West Union, Ohio, to the late Sherman Ross and Virginia Laurel Bradford. Donald was a supervisor at Mullinix Corporation and attended Faith Ministries Church. Along with his parents Donald was proceeded in death by one son, Donald Sherman Bradford II.

Donald is survived by three sons, Don Lee, and Brian Bradford of Texas, and Jamie Bradford of Florida; two stepsons, Ron and Rex Roark of Fort Wayne, Ind.; one stepdaughter, Edna Kay Kegley of Texas; one brother, John Westley of Spring Hill, Fla.; three sisters, Joyce Zeestraten, Sharron Pogue, and Brenda Bradford, all of Portsmouth; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at Wiltsie Cemetery in Payne, Ohio, with Minister Bill Yearwood officiating. Friends and family may gather at the cemetery one hour before the service.
