Linda L. Richards, 61, of West Portsmouth, died Monday Nov. 10, 2008, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.

She was born Oct. 3, 1947, in Portsmouth, to the late Carl N. and Elizabeth Mae Bliss Odle Sr. She was a homemaker and attended Coles Boulevard United Methodist Church.

Linda is survived by a son, Donald Richards II of West Portsmouth; a daughter, Margie (John) Green of West Portsmouth; a brother, Carl N. Odle Jr. of Cincinnati; four grandchildren, Kyle Green, Paul Richards, Andy Richards and Tanner Richards, all of West Portsmouth; along with a niece and nephew, Jessica and Seth Odle; and several cousins.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, 2008, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth, with the Rev. John Robbins and Pastor Pete Shaffer officiating. Interment will be at Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral hour.

The family's favorite charity is The Kidney Foundation, The American Diabetes Association and Coles Boulevard United Methodist Church.
