Irene Frances "Luci" Oppy, 66, of Wheelersburg, died Oct. 31, 2008, at her residence.

She was born June 22, 1942, in Wheelersburg, to the late Charles Call and Izetta Lyon Call. She was a member of Cedar Street Church of Christ and Christian Union.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Oppy, who she married June 26, 1960, in Wheelersburg. Also surviving are two sons, Jeffrey Wayne (Linda) Oppy and Randy Dee (Tammy) Oppy; three daughters, Connie Sue (Doug Avery) Pierce, Cynthia Ellen (Chris) Harmon and Linda (John) Cunningham; three brothers, Roger Call, Charles Wayne Call and Mark Call; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rita Oppy.

Services will be Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg, with Pastor Gary Heimbach officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday one hour before the service.
