The Portsmouth City School District, in the process of buying and clearing property for the future $10 million athletic complex, has filed an eminent domain lawsuit against a Portsmouth woman who says she has not been offered enough for her property.
Martha Yazell of Highland Avenue owns property at 1118 Eighth St., and uses that property and her Highland Avenue property as collateral for what was a $58,000 loan.
