A March 7 fire that killed four people has claimed another life with the death of Albert Moore, 67, of Portsmouth. Moore died Friday at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
The fire at 1215 McConnell Ave., in Portsmouth, happened at about 1:30 a.m. March 7. It has been ruled an arson and is being treated as a homicide, but no arrests have been made.
