She was born July 22, 1944, in Portsmouth, to the late Leo Edward and Virginia Smith Fisher.
Surviving are her son, Tony Fisher of McDermott; and four brothers, Ronald Fisher of Florida, Delbert Fisher of Stout, Jack Fisher of Circleville, and Joe Fisher of Peebles.
Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth, with the Rev. Peter Michael officiating. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday.
