James Thomas “Tom” Seth, 73, of New Boston died Friday at home after a long illness. Arrangements are pending at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston where friends may call on Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Dora Munn Tula Watters, Ph.D., 79, of Green Township, Adams County, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at a Seaman, Ohio, hospice. Funeral is Sunday, Oct. 23, at 2 p.m. at Lafferty Funeral Home in West Union. Interment will be at Sandy Springs Cemetery in Green Township. Visitation is noon-2 p.m. Sunday.
