On Senior Night, Minford's upperclassmen gave the home crowd one last victory celebration.
Jeremy Vetter had 17 points, Gary Spradlin and Aaron Prater each had eight and Trent Reynolds added six as the Falcons topped Northwest 67-53. Juniors Sean Smith and Hugh Brisker contributed as well, with Smith scoring a game-high 20 points and Brisker adding eight.
"I am very proud of our seniors tonight, and I felt like they played the game of their lives," said Minford coach Kyle Copley. "I am very proud of their effort, and I hope our year is not over and we can keep this good thing going."
Hank Leslie led the Mohawks with 18 points, and Justin Malone added 17.
