Linda Lou Easter, 42, of Copeland Rd., Waverly, died after a long illness Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at her residence.

She was born on Aug. 13, 1965, in Greenfield, Ohio, and is the daughter of Georgia Pauline Williamson Easter of Greenfield, Ohio, and the late Norman Easter.

Surviving are a son, Lee Merritt II; and a daughter, Crystal Nicole Merritt, both of Waverly; five brothers, Steve (Louise) Easter of Washington Courthouse, Kenneth Easter of Columbus, Glenn (Linda) Easter of Lynchburg, Ohio, Tim Easter of Washington Courthouse, and Mike Easter of Chillicothe; four sisters, Cynthia Easter of Columbus, Donna (Lonnie Lawless) Easter of Circleville, Lora (Ron) Bracken of Wilmington, Ill., and Mona (Adam) Habig of Oakwood, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a special friend, Leonard Penrod.

The family receive friends at Botkin Funeral Home in Waverly on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family
