She was born June 26, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Rosa Belle Jenkins Williams of Portsmouth.
She is survived by her children, Bryan (Karla) Meadows of South Shore, Robin (Don) Potters of Stockdale, Eric (Bev) Meadows of Wheelersburg, and Shawna (Mike) Stump of Vincent, Ohio. She also is survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In honor of her wishes, there will be a private family memorial.
In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate any donations be made to American Lung Association of Ohio, Central Region, 1950 Arlingate Lane, Columbus, 43228.
Arrangements are under the direction of Swick-Bussa-Chamberlin Funeral Home in Wheelersburg.
