Ralph Carl Colvin, died Wednesday, October 12 at Clermont Mercy Hospital. Services will be held Sunday, October 16 at 1 p.m. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union with Volley Reed officiating. Burial will follow at the Moore’s Chapel Cemetery with military graveside services with Adams County Honor Guard. Visitation will be held Saturday October 15 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
