The 45th-annual Miss River Days Pageant will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts on the Shawnee State University campus, 940 Second St. The pageant will be hosted by the 2006 Miss River Days Caitlin Elizabeth Clifford and her court.
