She was born April 7, 1929, in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Charles and Lottie Childers Locke.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Jenkins and Janie Weaver; brothers, Robert, Ron and Dale Locke; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Tim Wright officiating and interment in Sunset Gardens.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
