She was born Feb. 6, 1943, in Brown County, a daughter of the late Arthur Kinnett and Bernice Whisner Kinnett.
Surviving are her husband, Lobert Barry Bell; sons, Brent Bell and Lee Bell; daughters, Sandina Reed and Stacey Roberts; brother, Marion Kinnett; sisters, Jane Pence, Shirley Osman, Linda Campton and Sharon Frye; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Apostolic Faith Tabernacle in Maysville, Ky., with the Rev. William Osman officiating and interment in Manchester Cemetery.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Wilson Home for Funerals in Manchester.
