He was born April 15, 1934, in Manchester, a son of the late Lewis O. and Ardona Chandler Kay. He was a Navy veteran.
He also was preceded in death by his wife, Eloise Berry Kay. Surviving are sisters, Barbara Davis, Sandra Mitchell, Helen Kay and Carol Perrson.
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Home for Funerals in Manchester with the Rev. William Keen officiating and interment in Manchester Cemetery with military graveside rites by Adams County Honor Guard.
