She was born Feb. 5, 1922, in Portsmouth, to Emma and Walter A. Braunlin, M. D.
She was also preceaded in death by husband, Robert E. Fowler.
Surviving are sons, Robert Fowler, Ernest Fowler, William Fowler and John Fowler; daughters, Mary K. Ripperger and Beth Fowler; and two grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of F. C. Daehler Mortuary Co. in Portsmouth.
