She was born Nov. 18, 1922, in Lewis County, Ky., a daughter of the late Joseph Christopher and Harriett Elizabeth Johnson Bailey. She was preceded in death by her husband, William James Price.
Surviving are son, Joseph Phillips; daughter, Brenda Keaton; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Rick Clark, minister, officiating and interment in Memorial Burial Park.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
