She was born July 15, 1940, in Chillicothe, a daughter of Naomi Hartstein and the late Alex Hartstein, of Portsmouth, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Crawford. She also is survived by daughters, Julie Brosious and Lori Crawford; sisters, Chris Hartstein and Peggy Boyle; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will take place at 4 p.m. Wednesday at All Saints Episcopal Church in Portsmouth.
