She was born Oct. 21, 1964, in Waukegan, Ill., a daughter of Donald Stepp and Lois Lea Middleton Stepp.
Surviving are daughter, Lori Hutchinson; son, Brian Keith Hutchinson; brothers, Donald Stepp Jr. and Wayne Waldvogel; sister, Kathleen Stepp; and five grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at D.W. Davis Funeral Home in South Webster with the Rev. Emil Cartee officiating and interment in Vernon Cemetery.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday and until 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
