He was born March 21, 1969, in Ironton, a son of Richard Lee Adkins and Mary Harrison Adkins Horn.
Also surviving are his sons, Josh Adkins and Peyton Lee Adkins; sister, Beth Bloomfield; brother, Richard Adkins; and half sister, Lea Richelle Clark.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wed-nesday at Phillips Funeral Home in Ironton with the Rev. Butch Deer officiating and interment in Woodland Cemetery.
Friends may call 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
