He was born March 20, 1925, in Waverly, a son of the late Conrad Cleveland Blaum and Gertrude James Blaum.
Surviving are his wife, Ilene Ross Blaum; son, Larry M. Blaum; two grandsons, Larry David Blaum and Robert L. Blaum; and one great-granddaughter.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly with Pastor Dale Reed officiating and interment in Evergreen Union Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
