She was born Feb. 6, 1921, in Chillicothe, a daughter of the late William Oliver and Dorothy McMillen Barker. She was preceded in death by husbands, Donald Leroy Ramsey and Herbert Ansell.
Surviving are her daughter, Dorothy Fite; son, Ronald Ramsey; sister, Virginia Baine; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly.
