She was born Jan. 12, 1950, in Salina, Kan., a daughter of the late Robert L. Jennings and Mary Alice Bolby Jenn-ings.
Surviving are her husband, Monty Shain Ballein; son, Ro-bert Michael Anthony Rada-baugh; daughter, Carri Ann Radabaugh Frederick; brothers, David and Terry Jennings; sisters, Annetta Holcomb, Debbie Hayden, Susan Sweat, Diane Peterman and Judy; and one granddaughter.
Services will be 11 a.m. Sat-urday at Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly with the Rev. Steven Ray officiating.
Friends may call from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
