According to the Scioto County Sheriff's Office, detectives from the Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at the home of Crystal Delong, 28, 1755 Junior Road, in Franklin Furnace on Thursday.
Upon execution of the warrant, detectives searched the residence and discovered 20 milligrams of oxycodone and 40 milligrams of OxyContin, along with Percocet, Xanax, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and about $1,800 in cash.
Also at the residence at the time the search warrant was executed was Anita Kersey, 18, also of 1755 Junior Road, in Franklin Furnace.
Delong was arrested and charged with possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, and Kersey was charged with trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs - felonies in the fourth and fifth degrees, respectively.
Delong and Kersey were placed in the Scioto County Jail. Delong was being held on $15,000 bond, while Kersey was held on $7,500 bond. Both were scheduled to be arraigned in the Portsmouth Municipal Court this week.
