On Feb. 16 and 17, Greenbo Lake State Resort Park in Greenup County, Ky., will host a weekend for artists and art lovers dedicated to the preserving and enhancing the culture of the tri-state community. Artists may enter up to four pieces of work as either a professional or amateur. All work must be ready to hang and suitable for family viewing. Artists must be at least 18 years old and there is a registration fee of $15.
