Because of a reporter's error, a person was misidentified in a story on Page A1 of Sunday's Portsmouth Daily Times. Ron Powell had entered a car in the International Festival car show, but was not in charge of the event. George and Janet Welty were in charge of the show. The Times apologizes for the error.
