Dermatologist speaks on skin cancer
The American Cancer Society's I Can Cope program, in cooperation with Southern Ohio Medical Center, will have a meeting on skin cancer with dermatologist Ibrahim Zayneh, M.D., as guest speaker at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the SOMC Cancer Center, 1121 Kinney's Lane. This informative meeting is not just for cancer patients but is open to the general public as well. Republican committee meets Tuesday
Scioto County Republican Central Committee will have its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at New Boston Community Center, 3980 Rhodes Ave., New Boston. At the reorganizational meeting 2006 officers who were elected were Rodney Barnett, chairman; Sylvan Davis, vice chairman; Sharon McNelly, secretary; and Maxine Arnett, treasurer.
